Job Summary and Qualifications
Position Details:
• Flexible scheduling with predictability, posted four weeks in advance.

• On-call responsibilities as required during select hours.

Your Responsibilities:
• Assess patients prior to surgery.
• Provide education to patients and families about the surgical process.
• Prepare patients, including administering medications and verifying surgical sites.
• Participate in surgical site verification protocols.
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care while embracing continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize critical thinking and nursing skills to provide safe patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up.

Qualifications:
• Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Registered Nurse License.
• Registered Nurse Diploma.

No travel required and no previous experience necessary.
