Job Summary: In collaboration with patients, their families, and healthcare team members, you will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient treatment plans, aiming for outstanding patient and departmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accountability for patient care.
• Assist patients with exercises and skin care to prevent breakdown.
• Coordinate with rehab therapy teams to manage acute medical conditions and improve patient functional skills.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
