Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring patients requiring close clinical observation and frequent assessments. You will autonomously manage treatment plans and collaborate with an exceptional team committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
• Collecting detailed health data relevant to patient conditions.
• Advocating for patients within the interdisciplinary team.
• Using clinical judgment to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Monitoring vital signs to proactively intervene in critical situations.
• Educating patients and their families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
Job Requirements:
• Valid Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license required; compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of start.
• Preferred: 1+ years of RN experience in acute care.
• BSN is preferred.
