We are seeking dedicated PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and LVN's to join our home health team for covering Sanger, Crum & Denton, TX.

As a key member of our team, you will provide compassionate, skilled care while ensuring timely documentation and excellent communication.

Medical Specialty: Home Health
Experience Required: Nursing: 1 year
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, PRN

License/Certification Requirements:
• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN OR LVN License (Required)

Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas
• Degree in Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Oasis documentation
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
• Outgoing, driven, and patient-oriented personality
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize the Kinnser EMR system for daily documentation and care management
• Provide compassionate, skilled care and make sound decisions
• Carry out physician orders effectively
• Perform Start of Care Visit, Recertification Visits, and Discharge Visits (RN)
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Maintain clear communication with patients, physicians, home health agencies, and the main office
