Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering direct nursing care to residents while monitoring and contributing to unit reorganizations as needed.
• Coordinating nursing staff activities with other personnel and services to ensure comprehensive care.
• Implementing nursing care plans under the direction of the Team Leader, following physician orders and established nursing policies.
• Assessing nursing care, especially medication administration and patient responses, and collaborating with the supervisory nurse on patient goals.
• Fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.

To qualify, you must hold a valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state of VA. At Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg, we prioritize infection control best practices.
