An outpatient dermatology surgery center located in Independence, MO is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Procedural Nurse RN to join their growing team. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Provide specialized nursing support for the MOHS surgical team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care • Prepare patients for dermatologic surgical procedures and assist during MOHS surgery • Provide post-operative care instructions and patient education • Coordinate and manage pathology specimen handling • Maintain a sterile, organized, and efficient surgical environment • Collaborate closely with the surgeon, medical assistants, and clinical staff to support optimal patient outcomes and an excellent patient experience Qualifications: • Active Missouri or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license • At least 1 year of related experience in Operating Room (pre-op, post-op, procedures, endoscopy), acute care, or emergency room; dermatology or MOHS experience is a plus • Current BLS Certification • Up to date on immunizations, including COVID and Flu • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred APPLY TODAY with an updated resume to be considered!
