In addition to traditional rotating or flexible shifts, special programs are available for nurses who prefer primarily night or weekend shifts, which include premium pay differentials.Employees hired into or transitioning to these programs must have a minimum of six (6) months of nursing experience and may be required to complete orientation during regular business hours. Candidates interested in these programs should notify their recruiter during the interview process.Licensure, Certifications, and ClearancesCurrent licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in the state where the facility is located, or a multistate license through the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC).Graduate Nurses (GNs) must successfully complete the RN licensure examination within six (6) months of hire or within one (1) year of graduation, whichever occurs first.
