The Program Nurse serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team conducting solution focused groups and contributing to the treatment plan. She/He performs the Nursing Assessment within 24 hours of admission, and will make any medically necessary referrals or follow-up with any needed medical case management issues. The Program Nurse re-assesses all patients after 14 days. Additionally, the program Nurse is able to perform the initial screening interview (Level of Care Diagnostic) to determine if a patient meets criteria for the Partial Hospital Program. The Program Nurse performs these functions with Adolescents, Adults, and Older Adults. Develop and Grow Your Career! Location: Broomall, PA Experience: • Previous experience providing group therapy to adults, adolescents, and older adults, that includes experience in clinical assessment and evaluating or screening. • Experience in a Psychiatric Day Treatment or Psychiatric Inpatient setting is preferred. Education: • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. A current RN license to practice in Pennsylvania. • Annual training in MAAP and Crisis Prevention Intervention. • Required to have current certification in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation.
