Job Description
As a Progressive Care Unit RN (PCU RN), you will provide exceptional care for patients who require close monitoring and regular assessments, but do not need the intensive services provided in an ICU. Your role will involve utilizing advanced computer equipment to track cardiac and vital signs effectively. Key responsibilities include:
• Recording patient medical information and vital signs
• Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations and treatments
• Monitoring and adjusting specialized equipment used on patients, while interpreting electronic displays to inform treatment decisions
