Psych-Adolescent Nurse Manager in Beavercreek, OR
Job Description
Psych-Adolescent Nurse Manager
You’ll join a hospital that invests in your growth and well-being. From 401(k) matching and paid parental leave to full health coverage and generous time off, every benefit is built around helping you live well inside and outside work.
As Nurse Manager, you lead the adolescent psychiatric unit and ensure quality care around the clock. You guide nurses, coordinate care, and build a team culture that supports healing and accountability. You’ll have the autonomy to make operational decisions, mentor caregivers, and sustain the values that define the organization’s patient-first approach.
You’ll work in a setting where your leadership directly impacts outcomes — and where your voice shapes the standard of care.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• 5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership roles
Preferred
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Formal training in management, finance, or administration
• National certification in your clinical specialty
• Prior management experience
