Roles and ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders Offer individual and group therapy to patients Prescribe and monitor medications when necessaryMaintain detailed records of patient visits and progress Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders Participate in community outreach and educationAble to work 1 day per week in officeParticipate in our Spravato Program QualificationsMinimum requirement of 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing Board Certification via ANCC or AANPValid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location)Active DEA in the state your prescribing (based on clinic location)Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not requiredKnowledge of mental health and emotional disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsElectronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable. Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
