Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with ANA Scope and Standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families with professionalism and sensitivity. • Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, closely monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness. • Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care activities accurately and promptly. • Educate patients, family members, and caregivers, assessing learning needs and connecting them with appropriate resources. • Demonstrate leadership in nursing practice, making sound decisions and effectively delegating tasks to support optimal patient outcomes.
