We are seeking a motivated Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our outstanding team. Job Summary and Qualifications • You will lead the delivery of professional nursing care ensuring patients' comfort and well-being. • Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for families. • Carry out medically prescribed interventions effectively. What you need to succeed: • Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in an approved BSN program to be completed within five years of hire. RNs with ten years or more experience are eligible for exemption. • Preferred Education: Master's degree in Nursing. • Required Licensure/Certifications: Must maintain current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply; confirm with NCBON. BLS Healthcare Provider certification required. • Preferred Licensure/Certifications: National Certification in a nursing specialty. • Required Experience: A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
