What will you do? Duties The Psychiatric/DD Nurse (RN) position is part of the Nursing team within the Division of Residential Resources. The Psychiatric/DD Nurse (RN) will work on-site with the Nursing Department at the Northwest Ohio Developmental Center in Toledo, OH. Some of the duties include: • Assess/evaluate nursing & medical needs of individuals living at the developmental center • Direct/implement nursing care plan • Observe, evaluate, & record patient behavior, condition & response to medication & treatments • Coordinate clinical & medical appointments • Provide professional nursing care • Assists in feeding and grooming individuals • Respond to emergencies • Monitor LPN medication administration, documentation, individual care, etc. • Serve on interdisciplinary treatment team To request a reasonable accommodation due to disability, please contact ADA Coordinator Renae Wallace at 614-752-3011 or by email at EEO-DiversityAffairs@dodd.ohio.gov.
