A Brief Overview As a Radiology Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver exceptional nursing care through the assessment of patient needs, the establishment of care objectives, and the implementation of nursing interventions. You will provide comprehensive support—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—to patients, families, and caregivers. What you will do: • Manage patient care by collaborating with physicians, communicating care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team. • Develop personalized nursing care plans by assessing medical histories and evaluating patient conditions. • Instruct patients and families on care needs, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. • Monitor and evaluate patient progress against care objectives and adjust plans as necessary. • Ensure a safe and healthy care environment by following protocols and regulations. • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services. • Manage equipment and supplies to support patient care effectively. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be able to fulfill specified working hours and effectively perform essential job functions, including clear communication and effective auditory skills. Required Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a clinical environment.
