Key Job Details – Regional Nurse Consultant • Job Title: Regional Nurse Consultant (Registered Nurse, RN) • Employment Type: Permanent, On-Site • Location: Southeast Pennsylvania • Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Qualifications & Requirements • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania • Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care settings • Experience in multi-facility consultation, healthcare management, or nurse consulting preferred • Ability to travel extensively and provide on-site support at multiple healthcare facilities • Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record • Knowledge of clinical risk management, patient liability, and healthcare compliance • Strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills • Proficiency with clinical software systems and healthcare technology • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality • Good working knowledge of the RAI process and QAPI initiatives • Professional, positive, and collaborative approach with patients, families, and healthcare staff Regional Nurse Consultant Responsibilities • Manage urgent high-risk clinical events across skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities in Southeast Pennsylvania • Support nursing center leadership with regulatory compliance, survey preparation, and healthcare quality standards • Conduct group clinical training and implement new healthcare programs • Provide resources and education for new clinical complexities and patient admissions • Educate on resource allocation, acuity-based staffing, and consistent assignment • Participate in the rollout of evidence-based nursing practices and company healthcare initiatives • Revise clinical systems to meet evolving healthcare regulations and standards • Support development of Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes • Respond promptly and communicate effectively regarding patient care and compliance issues • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations and VP of Clinical Services to ensure quality and regulatory compliance Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team and help shape the future of post-acute and skilled nursing care in Southeast Pennsylvania!
