This role will primarily support our Phoenix and Northern Arizona properties, including 10 locations in Phoenix and 1 in Prescott. What We Offer: • Competitive Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 based on Senior Living and Regional Experience • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Generous Paid Time Off and paid holidays • 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match • Growth & Development: Opportunities for career advancement in a growing organization • Education Support: Company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and continual learning opportunities Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and state and federal healthcare regulations across all regions. • Administer, oversee, and provide training on the Arizona Memory Care Required Training program. • Lead, train, and provide ongoing education to community nursing teams regarding clinical practices and compliance. • Oversee quality assurance initiatives and collaborate to identify and mitigate potential risks. • Prepare and present outcome reports to the Director of Health Services and executive leadership. • Develop, revise, and implement clinical program manuals and policies aligning with industry standards. • Ensure accuracy and compliance in resident assessments, care planning, and documentation. • Lead clinical orientation, ongoing education, and competency programs for nursing staff. • Partner with Assisted Living communities to enhance outcomes in key clinical areas such as fall prevention and medication management. • Support new community openings, transitions, and ongoing regulatory compliance reviews. Qualifications: • Active, unrestricted RN license in Arizona. • Willingness and ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in assisted living in a clinical leadership role. • Strong background in regulatory compliance, clinical education, and quality assurance. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Ability to travel 50% of the time, sometimes on short notice; valid driver's license required. • Must reside in Phoenix, Arizona. • CPR/First Aid Certification required.
