Regional Registered Nurse (RN) – Memory Care & Assisted Living in Brookings, OR

Serving: Monarch Gardens, Azalea Gardens (Brookings, OR) & Shore Pines (Gold Beach, OR) Location: Based in Southern Oregon – Regular travel to Brookings and Gold Beach required Job Type: Full-time | Salaried | Travel Required Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends or after hours on-call support Join our mission-driven team dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors living in memory care and assisted living communities. We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive Regional Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and support for our three coastal communities: Monarch Gardens and Azalea Gardens in Brookings, and Shore Pines in Gold Beach. What You'll Do: • Provide clinical support and hands-on training to Health Services Directors and caregiving teams • Conduct regular site visits to monitor care practices, documentation, and resident outcomes • Oversee medication systems, complete audits, and follow up on incident reporting • Ensure compliance with state licensing, safety regulations, and infection control protocols • Assist with new staff orientation, ongoing training, and performance development • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives • Serve as a clinical resource during surveys, transitions, or high-acuity needs What We're Looking For: • Active RN license in the state of Oregon • Strong working knowledge of dementia care and Oregon assisted living regulations • Experience with staff training, leadership, or multi-site support is a plus • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable with routine travel Why Join Us: • Work in a scenic coastal region with tight-knit, supportive teams • Make a real impact across multiple communities • Competitive salary and benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) • Mileage reimbursement and travel-related support • Mission-driven organization that puts people first Ready to lead with heart and make a difference every day?
