Collaborates with various departments to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Supports the implementation of new procedures and policies related to charging and documentation. Assists in training new staff on proper charging and documentation practices. Reviews and updates documentation practices to align with current standards and regulations. Participates in meetings and discussions to improve overall efficiency and accuracy in the Operating Room. Other duties as assigned. Educates and advises procedural staff on issues related to charging, documentation, and physician privileges. Communicates with Surgical Services leadership, procedural staff, and others regarding any charge and documentation issues.
