Amie Holt Care Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse. Reporting to the Director of Nursing. The Long Term Care Nurse is responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents and that they comply with the Johnson County Healthcare Center code of conduct and the company policies and procedures. The nurse will provide strong clinical knowledge and leadership to ensure the highest standards are achieved in the delivery of care within the home including relationship centered care, clinical care and dementia care. Your job will working with a team and medical provider in the direct care of our residents in a Long Term Care Facility. You’ll be part of a team that collaborates to provide comfort, safety, and well-being of the residents in their day-to-day care. While doing this, you will develop compassionate, professional relationships with your patients and co-workers.
