An occupational health company located in Port Washington, WI is currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join their team! Title: Registered Nurse - RN Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Occupational Health - Construction Location: Port Washington, WI Openings: 2 Schedules Available: -- Full-time, (4) 10hr shifts, day shift -- Part Time, (2) or (3) 10hr shifts, day shift Pay: competitive based on experience plus full benefits package JOB DESCRIPTION: The Occupational Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing employees in a workers comp capacity. Duties to include: • Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers. Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injurie. • Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing. • Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations. • Case Management: Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations. • Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives. • Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies. • Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics like workplace hazards and disease prevention. • Work with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.
