**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse 2 to join our Emergency Room team at Teays Valley Hospital. As a Registered Nurse 2, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our department. **Responsibilities:** 1. Patient Care: Demonstrates consistent use of nursing process in daily practice and manages more complex patients with minimal assistance. 2. Knowledge and Skills: Identifies personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently performs advanced skills; begins to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process. 3. Professional Relationships/Leadership: Initiate and effectively demonstrate behaviors which result in positive patient outcomes through group process; identifies need to change own practice based on PI/QI outcomes. 4.
