Are you a skilled RN looking to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care environment? We’re seeking 2 experienced nurses to join our Advanced Urgent Care team across multiple Central Ohio locations. What You’ll Do: • Provide skilled nursing care under physician or mid-level provider direction • Collect and analyze patient health data to develop individualized plans of care • Perform procedures like IV starts, EKGs, labs, suture removals, and splinting • Educate patients and families and evaluate progress toward treatment goals • Collaborate with MAs, providers, and the care team in a team-nursing model • Manage high patient volumes (60–100/day during peak season) using EPIC EMR Required Skills: • 1+ year independent triage experience • Active RN license • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Preferred Skills: • Urgent Care, ED/ER, or Walk-In Clinic experience Schedule: • 3×12-hour shifts, rotating days • Must be available for 2 weekend shifts/month • Open 7 days a week (8 AM – 8:30 PM opener, 9:30 AM – 10 PM closer) Pay & Perks: • Evening differential • Weekend differential • Positive team environment & bistro areas to recharge • Food trucks at select locations Locations (must be willing to float): • Dublin and Columbus
