We are hiring a Licensed Registered Nurse for a 92-unit assisted living and memory care community in Faribault, MN. Job Summary This role ensures the health and well-being of residents, supervises staff, and maintains compliance with assisted living and dementia care regulations. The RN collaborates with leadership to deliver quality services and staff training. Qualifications • MN RN license and current, unrestricted licensure • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Valid driver’s license if required • Enjoy working with older adults, multitasking, and providing excellent customer service Skills & Abilities • Sensitivity to elderly needs • Effective communication and leadership skills • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities • Participation in on-call rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays Essential Duties • Manage assisted living services and ensure regulatory compliance • Supervise nursing and unlicensed personnel • Support resident programs and services • Collaborate effectively as part of a team • Perform additional assigned duties Pay ranges from $38.00 to $40.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
