Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
ASN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
NRP (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.
Proof of Identification
Proof of identification required

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3 years (level III or level IV)NICU experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: PEDS experience preferred
Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate
Preferred Credentials: Bachelor's Degree
Shift & Scheduling: 7p-7a and/or 7a-7p. On Call/Call-Back: None, but if picking up extra shifts, could be placed on call or cancelled. Weekend/Holiday: Rotate every 3rd weekend depending on time off requested. Holidays as scheduled outside of requested time off.
Floating Requirements: Peds unit required as census dictates
