Freedom Village at Brandywine is hiring an RN to work part time, every other weekend 7:00 AM-3:00 PM in our skilled nursing facility. The starting range for RN's is $40/hr plus shift differential! **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience. WHO ARE WE? ABOUT THE ROLE: The Registered Nurse is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency call lights, inside our skilled nursing center. Assist with admission and discharge process Keep physician and family aware of change(s) in resident condition Make rounds with physicians and transcribes orders Assure continuity of services and care WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU… Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered nurse with a current license in community’s state. 6 months experience in geriatric nursing/ Long Term Care Basic computer proficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression. Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
