Requirements Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years. References Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a Illinois license Certifications BLS (Required) Vaccinations COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Additional Information Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
