Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Resource Pool FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is based on relevant experience. Minimum Requirements: • Graduated from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program, especially if less than 3 years' experience. • Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, plus any additional relevant life support certifications as required for the position. • A minimum of 6 months of nursing (RN) experience. • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with the card in-hand before the start date, and must be valid for at least sixty days after hiring. Acute Care Responsibilities: • Deliver direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units, catering to moderate to high patient acuity levels. • Engage with AMSN's core curriculum along with various specialty certification standards to ensure evidence-based care models in each unit. • Receive support and guidance from Clinical Educators for specialized education and competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
