We are looking for a motivated RN in our Acute Care Float Pool to help us achieve our mission of excellence in patient care. Job Summary and Qualifications In this role, you will deliver direct patient care according to the Registered Nurse Practice Act, focusing on the nursing process for diverse medical/surgical and telemetry patients. You will have the responsibility to assign to licensed staff and delegate to unlicensed staff within a structured health setting. What qualifications you will need: ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Texas or a Compact license. Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN required within 24 months of hire. Minimum of two years of experience in specialty areas within a hospital setting over the past three years. Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
