This role requires 2-3 years of critical care experience and offers a 36-hour night shift position. Key Qualifications:
• Completion of a formal nursing program (Associate's degree in Nursing).
• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse license.
• Certified BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Critical care experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple clinical priorities.
