Registered Nurse - Acute Physical Rehabilitation - Full Time in Foreman, AR

Summary: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a competent Registered Nurse in Acute Physical Rehabilitation. In this role, you will practice independently while demonstrating a keen awareness of clinical situations. You will provide both routine and complex care, work towards long-range goals, and hone your skills to manage the complexities of nursing effectively. Responsibilities: • Exhibit the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. • Provide comprehensive nursing care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients. • Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families with sensitivity and professionalism. • Administer medications and treatments according to protocols; monitor for side effects and evaluate the effectiveness of prescribed treatments. • Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately. • Assess learning needs and offer education to patients, family members, and caregivers; identify pertinent issues and available resources. Requirements: Education: • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience: • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant nursing specialty is preferred. Licenses and Certifications: • BLS certification is required. • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact. Work Schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM Work Type: Full Time
