Your Role: As an Acute Rehab RN, you will: • Deliver personalized nursing care under the guidance of the Nurse Manager using the nursing process for patients with significant medical challenges. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support patient recovery and safe discharge planning. • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. • Independently carry out essential nursing functions specific to the rehabilitation unit. • Contribute positively to our nursing department and uphold the highest standards of patient service. Qualifications: • Must hold an active RN license in Utah. • Graduated from an accredited nursing program. • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within required timeframes. • Preferred experience of at least 2 years in acute rehabilitation.
