We provide a home away from home.Clinical CareDeliver direct nursing care to clients, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and G/J tube managementAssess and document changes in patient condition and communicate updates to the care teamProvide clinical education and mentorship to direct care staff and caregiversAdministrative OversightConduct skills evaluations andassistwith onboarding and ongoing training of clinical staffMonitor documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards and regulatory requirementsData collection by way of a Head-Toe assessmentincludesPlan of Care, Supervisor Visit notes, Skilled Nursing assessment notes, etc.Input,modify, and document assessments into a point-of-care /web-based systemAssistwith scheduling, staffing coverage needs, and audit preparationServe as a liaison between staff and leadership to resolve concerns and ensure exceptional care deliveryRequired QualificationsCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MarylandMinimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably with medically fragile or pediatric patientsPreviousexperience in a leadership, supervisory, or administrative capacityStrong working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation practicesExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to multitask, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPreferred QualificationsBackground in home health, residential care, or private duty nursingExperience developing staff education materials, conducting skills assessments, and moreFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for residential and skilled care homes
