Position: Registered Nurse Admissions Specialist
Full-Time 11a-7p Mon-Fri with on-call rotation
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for potential residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to review medical histories and care needs.
• Assist in developing individualized care plans for new admissions.
• Coordinate and communicate care plans with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and families about facility services, procedures, and care expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during the admission process.
As a compassionate and experienced nurse, your role as Admissions Specialist will be crucial in guiding individuals through their healthcare transitions, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Qualifications:
• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill, with the ability to work with both populations.
• Excellent clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
