Job Requirements
• CA RN Licensure
• 2 years of experience
• BLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Recent ambulatory surgery experience (within the past 2 years)
• EPIC experience
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will perform routine assignments and develop competence through structured work assignments. You are accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Your role involves delivering holistic and individualized care to all patients in your assigned area.
You will develop, implement, and manage an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Additionally, you will foster and maintain collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication.

Our recent hospital expansion project included remodeling and enlarging our ER department and Family Birth Center, as well as building a new high-tech outpatient surgery center and state-of-the-art imaging center. We also opened "Health Connections, " Sutter Tracy's "one-stop " health resource center located in the heart of downtown Tracy.
