Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC / MDS Coordinator) – RN Preferred Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually Location: Valley Vista for Nursing and Rehabilitation | Newton, IA Status: Full-Time Valley Vista for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC / MDS Coordinator) to join our skilled nursing team in Newton, Iowa. This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality resident care through accurate assessments, regulatory compliance, and effective care planning.
