Are you a new or seasoned RN with a passion for mental health looking for a full-time role? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.
We Are Hiring For The Following Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm
Your Role in Our Mission
• Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home
• Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
• Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
• Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve
• Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $68,000 annually for this full time, exempt position

What We’re Looking For
• Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
• Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
• Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
• Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
