At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA. We Are Hiring For The Following Schedule Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm Your Role in Our Mission • Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home • Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care • Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health • Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans • Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards • Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve • Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed Why Join Us? Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $68,000 annually for this full time, exempt position • Generous paid time off and paid holidays • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits • Life and Disability Insurance(company paid) • 403(b) Retirement Plan • Employee Assistance Program and legal services support • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer What We’re Looking For • Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia • Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred • Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred • Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments Ready to Apply?
