Job Type: Full-Time | Shift: Days (7 AM – 7 PM)
Salary Range: $42.55-57.45
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on position and experience).

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical coordination within our behavioral health units, delivering quality, compassionate care for child (ages 5-17), adult, geriatric and forensic patients. You’ll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Education & Licensure Requirements:
Education:
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN) Required, BSN Preferred.
Licensure:
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable) Required.
Certifications:
• BLS (CPR) — Required upon hire.
• CPI or Handle With Care – Preferred.
• ACLS — Preferred.
• CRRN — Preferred.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program — Required.
• 6+ months Med/Surg experience - Preferred.
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience - Preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills.
• Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Understanding of Trauma –informed care (Preferred).

Our Behavioral Health Department is a 150-bed inpatient facility designed to foster healing, safety, and innovation.
With a 1:6–1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio, our nurses provide specialized, compassionate care across children, adults, geriatrics, and forensic units.
