Full-time (72 hours biweekly) 7 pm to 7:30 am Includes every-other weekend and rotating holidays Sign On Bonus Eligible Program Summary Join a team where nursing skill meets compassion and purpose as a Registered Nurse at the York Crisis Walk in Center you will be providing. immediate, in-person support for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises Built on a trauma-informed approach, the program offers: Rapid assessment Stabilization Connection to ongoing care in a safe, welcoming environment Offers access to timely mental health services in our community General Summary Provides professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of the hospital. Acts as a primary nurse for patients on the unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May require specialized skills depending on unit assignment.
