Requirements Experience 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. References Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a Minnesota license Certifications BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) PALS (Required) Vaccinations Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Proof of Identification Driver's license required Additional Information Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Unit and facility details: Willing/able to learn PACU. Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday; Call is required also from 3:30pm – 7am 2 to 3 evenings, and over every third weekend from 3:30 pm Friday – 7am Monday. Will also follow the patient into PACU 1 to 2 times a day. The traveler will be required to take call every third weekend and 2 or 3 evening.
