Reports To: Market Executive - Director, Area Home Health Branch Administration FLSA: Exempt Work Schedule: Full-time/40 Hours Position Type: On-site • $15,000 Associated Sign-on Bonus * • Relocation assistance available based on individual circumstances and company policy. * This position requires on-site work at our branch location in Stockbridge, GA. The Branch Leader will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring operational efficiencies, quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and support for business growth. This role involves supervising the branch clinical staff and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local laws. You will be responsible for strategic planning, fiscal health, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. Additionally, you will recruit, interview, hire, and monitor staff performance while coordinating activities across disciplines to maintain service continuity. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement operational strategies for the branch. • Ensure effective delivery of care by supervising Clinical Managers. • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance to set revenue and budget goals. • Provide support and supervision to Clinical Managers to enhance service delivery. • Maintain efficient office operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. • Lead quality improvement initiatives and manage patient satisfaction data. • Engage with the Area Director of Operations for problem-solving and implementing protocols. • Work with Sales Directors to achieve admission goals and participate in marketing initiatives. Qualifications and Experience • Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Minimum two years of RN experience, including at least one year in a management role in home care or similar settings. • Experience in home health care is essential. • Strong management and leadership skills, with a focus on motivating and supporting teams. • OASIS experience is preferred; certification (HCS-O, COQS, COS-C) is a plus. • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred. • Knowledge of CMS PDGM billing is preferred. • Experience in revenue management and fiscal oversight is essential. • Strong knowledge of business management practices and regulatory standards. • Proficiency in quality improvement monitoring and reporting. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Additional Information • Normal Hours: M-F / 8 AM - 5 PM (ET) • On-Call Requirement: Yes, rotating on-call shifts. • Branch Size: 600+ Census (5.0 STAR rating) • Eligible for annual bonus incentives based on performance. The salary range is $85,400 - $117,500 per year, which reflects a good faith estimate for full-time employment. Compensation may vary based on experience.
