Reports To: Market Executive - Director, Area Home Health Branch Administration FLSA: Exempt Work Schedule: Full-time/40 Hours Position Type: On-site • $15,000 Sign-on Bonus Offered * • Relocation support is available based on individual circumstances and company policy. * This position requires on-site work at our branch location in Stockbridge, GA. The Branch Manager will lead daily operations at the branch, focusing on achieving operational efficiencies, delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth. This role includes supervising the clinical staff and maintaining adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations. You will play a vital role in strategic planning, ensuring fiscal health, and providing the highest quality of care. You will also be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and monitoring staff performance, as well as coordinating activities across various disciplines for seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective operational strategies for the branch. • Ensure a high standard of care delivery by overseeing Clinical Managers. • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance to establish revenue and budget goals. • Provide support and guidance to Clinical Managers to enhance service delivery. • Maintain efficient office operations and ensure compliance with all local regulations. • Lead initiatives for quality improvement and manage patient satisfaction metrics. • Engage with the Area Director of Operations for problem-solving and protocol implementation. • Work closely with Sales Directors to meet admission targets and participate in marketing efforts. Qualifications and Experience • Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Minimum two years of RN experience, including at least one year in a management role within home care or similar settings. • Essential experience in home health care. • Strong management and leadership abilities, focused on team motivation and support. • OASIS experience preferred; certification (HCS-O, COQS, COS-C) is a valuable asset. • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is advantageous. • Familiarity with CMS PDGM billing is preferred. • Experience in revenue management and fiscal oversight is critical. • In-depth knowledge of business management practices and regulatory standards. • Proficient in monitoring and reporting quality improvement initiatives. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Additional Information • Normal Hours: M-F / 8 AM - 5 PM (ET) • On-Call Requirement: Yes, rotating on-call shifts. • Branch Size: 600+ Census (5.0 STAR rating) • Eligible for annual bonus incentives based on performance. The salary range is $85,400 - $117,500 per year, reflecting a good faith estimate for full-time employment. Actual compensation may vary based on experience.
