<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 1:30. There is potential to increase hours over time based on census. This position is working with the Adult/Adolescent Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) population.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Role Summary: </strong>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within our partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. This position requires a strong commitment to mental health advocacy, patient education, and clinical excellence. Role Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Assessing and monitoring patients' physical and mental health status, including vital signs, medication management, and symptomatology upon admission and as needed for ongoing client medical needs. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs and treatment goals. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oversight of the medication self-administration process during program and ensuring all medications that are brought to the clinic by the caregiver/guardian for the adolescent clients are logged in and out daily per our policy. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Providing patient education on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote wellness and recovery. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conducting therapeutic groups and individual counseling sessions to support patients in developing coping skills and fostering resilience. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participating in treatment team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision sessions to discuss patient progress and coordinate care. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Adhering to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting autonomy. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborating with community resources and external healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and facilitate transitions between levels of care. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Engaging in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills related to mental health nursing practice. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment and familiarity with psychiatric medications. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing preferred (PMH-RN). &nbsp;</li>
