Core Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Specialty Care, you will:
• Conduct thorough assessments of cardiac patients, monitoring vital signs, heart rhythms, and hemodynamic status.
• Administer medications, including IV drips and anticoagulants, as per physician orders.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and execute appropriate interventions.
• Provide exceptional pre- and post-procedural care for various cardiac interventions.
• Educate patients and families on managing cardiac conditions, promoting healthy lifestyles, and recognizing critical warning signs.
• Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to create and implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
