Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering top-quality, patient-centered care tailored to departmental needs and nursing standards. Working in collaboration with medical providers, you will offer individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care while championing patient advocacy and embodying our organizational values for an exceptional patient experience. • Conduct procedures and monitor patients as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation of care in a timely manner. • Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle adjustments to foster understanding and ensure proper follow-up. • Promote non-medicinal health strategies such as diet and exercise to empower patients in their self-management journey. • Implement evidence-based practices and process improvements to exceed quality goals and deliver exceptional patient care. • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, customize, and enact holistic treatment plans that facilitate recovery. Qualifications Required: • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment. • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment. • Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Bachelor's degree or RN diploma or Associate Degree.
