We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse - A5 Cardiac Med/Surg Telemetry, to join our team in Aransas Pass, Texas.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to cardiac and med/surg telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs, ECGs, and respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
