Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse (RN) in this position is responsible for delivering exemplary patient care through the nursing process, which involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will direct nursing care for patients while adhering to established nursing practices and regulations. Incorporating knowledge of patient age-specific development and cultural values is essential in crafting an effective care plan. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will contribute to quality nursing care and process improvement that fosters positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
