This 32-bed unit is an excellent starting point for nurses with long-term goals in ICU or ER settings. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process. • Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients. • Evaluate care provided by other direct caregivers. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. • Uphold patient rights and confidentiality. • Perform duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy service standards.
