We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry unit on a part-time night shift. This role is essential in coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care with precision and care for our patients. Position Requirements: • Complete nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution. • Valid nursing license in the State of Tennessee. • Obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire. • For telemetry unit: Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire. • Willingness to uphold a safe and healing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission. • Plan individualized care based on patient needs and nursing diagnoses. • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner. • Modify care plans based on patient status evaluations. • Oversee assignments and facilitate the development of staff members.
