Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiology department, you will play a key role under the supervision of a provider, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in various clinical settings. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing office-based nursing care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients and their families.
• Formulating and executing nursing care plans and ensuring continuity of care.
• Communicating patient needs and assessments clearly with providers.
• Documenting health status, medical history, and ongoing patient evaluations meticulously.
• Triage telephone calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Supporting patients and families with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.
